DIGITAL MAILROOM AND MAILING

Digital Mailroom is the automation of mail management’s processes.

Both paper and electronic mail (e-mail) can be managed through the same process that allows the companies to standardise the delivering procedures of internal mail, in compliance with the company policies.

The services offered by FDM provide the managing in outsourcing of the inbox documents (the so-called inbound) and the outgoing contents (outbound).

INBOUND CONTENT’S FLOW

FDM’s services include all the activities linked to the management of paper and electronic incoming documents:

  • Collection and receiving mail;
  • Envelops opening and document’s normalization;
  • Standardization and sorting;
  • Registering through application of barcode;
  • Digitalization of paper documents and uploading on the document management system;
  • Receiving of electronic documents;
  • Physical archiving of paper documents;
  • Legal Archiving  of electronic documents.

OUTBOUND CONTENT’S FLOW AND MAILING

FDM’s services include all the activities linked to the paper and electronic outgoing document’s management
 
  • Document composition through receiving of electronic metadata;
  • Multichannel dispatch of documents;
  • Monitoring and tracking.

In particular, referring to services of multichannel dispatch, FDM’ services provide an homogeneous management of the outbound flow through the following ways:

  • Paper mail;
  • Mail;
  • PEC;
  • Electronic invoice dispatch (privates or Public Administration);
  • Publication Portal.

PROCESSES’ MONITOR

Services offerred allow an automated and controlled production of the mailing flow, that is adressed on the correct channel depending on the Customer’s needs and on the monitoring and tracking processes from the taking charge until the deliver to the addressee, through a complete and homogeneous management of the entire elaboration process.

At any mailing process’ phase, it is possible for the Customer to monitor the elaborations’ development status through the Web platform of tracking and control.
