LEGAL ARCHIVING

Legal Archiving is legal/informatics procedure regulated by the Italian law, that is able to guarantee over time the legal validity of an electronic document meant as a representation of acts or facts and data on a computer support (Deliberation CNIPA 11/2004).

Keep digitally means replacing paper documents, which by law some legal entities are required to keep, with the equivalent in digital document that is "stuck" in the form, content and time through digital signature and time stamp.

AGID CERTIFICATION

FDM, with Corvallis Document Management Society, is certificated at AGID (Agency for Digital Italy) and is able to manage the complexity of the service in full outsourcing and under Customer’s delegation. FDM assumes the responsibility of Legal Archiving procedure, managing all the operational and administrative duties linked to the dematerialization and conservation process, in compliance with the law of fiscal documents and mandatory registers.
